الأستاذ المشارك الدكتور نسيم محمد الطويسي /إدارة اعمال/ الاردن
يحمل درجة الدكتوراه في ادارة الجودة من جامعة هدرزفيلد /المملكة المتحدة ويعمل حاليا نائبا لعميد كلية ادارة الاعمال/جامعة الحسين بن طلال وعضو هيئة تدريس في قسم ادارة الاعمال لمرحلتي البكالوريوس والماجستير وعمل سابقا رئيسا لقسم ادارة الاعمال وسبق ان عمل مشرفا لوحدة التخطيط الاستراتيجي في جامعة تبوك/المملكة العربية السعودية. له العديد من الابحاث المنشورة في مجلات علمية عالمية مفهرسة ومحكمة وشارك في العديد من المؤتمرات العلمية العالمية كمتحدث في مجالات ادارة الجودة والموارد البشرية والادارة الاستراتيجية والحوكمة ويعمل حاليا محررا في عدد من المجلات العلمية العالمية في مجال تخصصه وعمل كباحث مشارك لعدد من المشاريع البحثية الممولة.
اشرف على العديد من رسائل الماجستير في مجال تخصصه وشارك في مناقشات رسائل الماجستير كممتحن خارجي في عدد من الجامعات الاردنية. ترأس عدد من اللجان في جامعة الحسين بن طلال مثل لجنة البحث العمي في كلية ادارة الاعمال وعملا عضوا في عدد من مجالس ولجان الجامعة مثل مجلس الجامعة ولجنة الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة. وعمل عضوا في اللجنة العليا واللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر السياحة الثقافية في كلية السياحة والاثار في جامعة الحسين بن طلال 2015.
مهتم في التدريب وصمم ونفذ العديد من الحقائب والبرامج التدريبية في مجالات مهارات الاتصال ومهارات التفاروض والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وادارة الموارد البشرية لعدد من المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة والمؤسسات غير الربحية وعمل منسقا لبرنامج الادارة العليا وهو مدرب معتمد في جامعة الحسين بن طلال.
عمل كباحث مشارك في صياغة خطة تسويقية عالمية لمدينة البتراء وهو عضو مؤسس لعدد من الهيئات التطوعية والثقافية مثل الهيئة العربية للثقافة والتواصل الحضاري “بيت الانباط”.

Biography
Dr. Naseem Twaissi has PhD in Business Administration: Total Quality Management, University of Huddersfield, the UK in 2009. He is an Associate Professor for post graduate studies at the department of Business Administration, and the vice dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at AHU. He worked as a head of Business Administration Department at AHU, and as a supervisor of the Strategic Planning Unit in the Development and Quality Deanship at Tabuk University. He participated in formulating the strategic plan of Tabuk University for the years 2018-2022. He has several published scientific research papers in International refereed journals related mainly to quality management and strategic management. He participated in a number of international conferences as a speaker in his field. He also achieved several funded projects in the quality management areas. His research interests are in quality criteria, quality measurement, excellence management, quality of service, quality in higher education, and quality in the tourism sector.
