  • To collect question papers from HODs or Departmental Examination Officers;

  • To provide attendance register to invigilators and also ensure strict adherence to the use of 75% attendance during exams, i.e. only students that meet the mark will be allowed to sit for such;
  • To supervise the conduct of examination;
  • To collect answer script and unused answer booklet from the invigilators after each paper;
  • To ensure that Departmental Examination Officers collect scripts for their departments as soon as exams are written;
  • Should report any examination malpractice case to the Deputy Provost immediately after that paper was written;
  • Should make sure that number of questions are adequate and should take care of the security of all the examination materials; and
  • Write and present a comprehensive report collectively to the Academic Board after the examination.
